Our Story

Shivani & Akanksha
Founded in 2025, Tejora Threads was born out of a shared dreams of two sisters from different worlds. I, Shivani, spent years as an IT software engineer, building systems and writing code. My sister Akanksha, a talented musician, was busy creating tunes that touched hearts. Different paths, yet a shared passion — for textiles, artistry and the elegance of timeless Indian craftsmanship. That’s when we decided to weave something of our own.
Over time, our love for craftsmanship extended beyond fabrics into another deeply personal form of expression — attars. Just like a drape, a fragrance carries emotion, identity, and memory. Our handpicked attars are inspired by heritage notes, subtle luxury, and the art of slow perfumery — meant to complement your presence, not overpower it.
And that’s exactly what our customers tell us they love most — the way every Tejora Threads experience feels personal. Whether it’s a Banarasi drape for a bride’s big day, an organza suit fabric chosen for a festival, a comforting cotton saree for everyday elegance, or a signature attar that lingers softly long after, each piece becomes a keepsake, not just a purchase.
Tejora Threads is more than a brand. It’s two sisters chasing a dream — weaving fabrics and fragrances with equal care. And every time a customer tells us how a drape made them feel graceful or how a scent reminded them of home, we know our dream is being woven into theirs.
