Return And Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns only if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Items without original packaging, tags, or that show signs of use (beyond the defect/damage) are not eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase and damage/defect (such as photos or videos) may be requested for verification.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as attars or perfumes cannot be returned.
- Such products are only eligible for exchange if the customer has the parcel opening video capturing the defect.
- We do not facilitate pick ups for exchanges/returns. You are requested to ship the courier to us and inform us once done.
- Damage does not include any issues pertaining to the style, design or print of the product.
- No products would be exchanged if they have been altered in any form.
- Products purchased during sale period/ any promotional offers will not be eligible for exchange.
Return Process
If your purchase qualifies for an exchange based on the criteria mentioned above, kindly reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order at tejora.info@gmail.com to initiate the process. Our customer care team will conduct an investigation and respond within 2 business days (considering Monday to Friday as business days, excluding public holidays). Upon receiving communication from our customer care team, please provide the necessary details as requested and follow the steps outlined below:
- Package the product in its original packaging, including the invoice, tags, labels, bags, and any other items included with the purchase.
- Send the product back to our studio address as guided by the customer care team, along with the following information:
- Studio address for delivery of parcel
- Customer’s name and address
- Order number
Refunds
- Once your return is approved and the item is received back, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
No Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges or replacements for returned items.
- If eligible, you will receive a refund only.
Timeframe
- Customers must notify us of any defect or damage within [5 days, e.g., 3–5 days] of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed by the customer with us through any channel, shall not be eligible for cancellation/ amendment. Tejora Threads reserves the right to cancel an order if need be, under circumstances of any unfulfilled requirement.
